The Peugeot 204 Cabriolet Coupé was born in 1965, it was declined in different models: Sedan, estate, convertible and van. Authentic beast of rallies, it has distinguished itself in many competitions in the 70s. More than 1,600,000 vehicles were produced at the Sochaux plant between 1965 and 1976. The brand's first front-wheel drive, it was the best-selling car in France in 1969, 1970 and 1971. At the time, the 204 Diesel had the smallest diesel engine mounted on a mass-produced car.
