Beech feather holder

Here is an original and very interesting project to realize, they are pretty beech feather holders turned by me and engraved with the effigy of the famous book "Ulysses" written by James Joyce. This Irish novelist made a stay of a year in St Gérand le Puy, he had the particularity of writing in green ink. You will soon be able to visit the museum that will be dedicated to him! I enjoyed taking over the gouges and making on my wood lathe this beautiful instrument that our ancestors used.
