The HSC 6A03X two-coat series can be used with electrostatic application suitable for waterborne products.

The use of a misting device in the application area improves the bursting of the varnish at low pressure, thus achieving better film tension and transparency.

When using a heater, it is advisable not to heat the product above 30° C. Drying times vary according to ambient temperature, relative humidity and drying conditions.

It is strongly recommended that application equipment be thoroughly cleaned with water before and after applying HSC 6A03X series two-coats.

When diluting the product, use demineralized water to avoid problems associated with excessive water hardness (high salt concentration).

Maximum dilution 5%.

Can be used for solid food contact such as cheese trays, fruit salad bowls, etc. Store at temperatures above +5°C

Storage

Store at temperatures no higher than 30°C / no lower than 5°C.

Protect from freezing.

Furthermore, in the industrial series varnishing process, a margin of 5% is to be considered as being within the norms, and therefore not attributable to the quality of our products. The information given in this data sheet is based on the average results of our tests and on our experience, which is among the most extensive and in-depth in the sector. On the other hand, our company guarantees maximum consistency in the physical and chemical characteristics of our products, within the tolerances and data established by our technical data sheets. We undertake to replace the product immediately if such characteristics do not correspond to what is declared. However, the final result is the sole responsibility of the user, who must ensure that the product corresponds to his or her own needs and that the particular ambient, application or substrate conditions do not require substantial changes in use.
