Delays and Modes of Transport

Orders are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment. You can choose delivery by Colissimo suivi (without signature) or Mondial Relay (relay point near you).

On request, Colissimo with signature discount is available (with supplement - contact us).

Tracking and Shipping Costs

After shipment, you will receive a tracking link to track your package in real-time. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

We advise you to group your purchases on the same order to limit shipping costs. Each separate order has a separate fee.

Packaging and Protection

Particular care is taken in the preparation of fragile packages: reinforced and oversized packaging for optimal protection during transport.

⏰ Important: You have 5 days to collect your parcel from a relay point. After this time, the package will be returned to the sender.
